All species of tree can be protected by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) from a single tree to all trees within a defined area.
If your trees are protected by a Tree Preservation Order, if you are within a Conservation Area or the trees are protected by a condition attached to a planning permission, then you will need consent for the works, however small.
Let us deal with the process of carrying out work on protected trees on your behalf. Contact us for more info.
