Basic pay between £12.50 - £14.43 per hour (£26,000-£30,000 basic) depending on
skill, qualifications and experience. This role offers excellent opportunities for
overtime earnings:
•
40 hours per week – hours worked over this are paid at enhanced rates

Weekend work paid at enhanced rates
•
Enhanced rates of pay on specified contracts
•
Productivity bonus opportunities in place on specified contracts

28 Days paid leave per annum (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days
with service

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team at our Seaham Office from August 2022.
Within this role you will be:
Answering phone calls and dealing with email enquiries
Liaising with clients
Overseeing work progression
General administration duties
Supporting Sales & Accounts by raising invoices or credit notes
Reconciling transactions
You will need:
Admin experience
Customer Service Experience
Excellent IT skills
Experience working with Xero
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working hours are
32 hours over 4 days between Monday – Friday 8:00–17:00
Salary dependent on experience
